How ordering works
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Every order is printed and embroidered to order by a branding shop here in Maine, in batches. That keeps the shop small enough to run and means there is no box of unsold mediums anywhere โ but it does mean a wait. Here is exactly what to expect.
- You order. Your card is charged at checkout, and you get a confirmation email right away.
- On the 15th, the batch goes to the printer. Once a month, on the 15th, we place one bulk order with our printer in Maine for everything ordered since the last one. Order by the 14th and you're in that batch; order on the 16th and you're in the next.
- Once it's made, we ship it. You get a second email with tracking the day it goes in the mail. Plan on about a week from there.
Plan on three to four weeks from the 15th that follows your order. Order on the 14th and it's about a month to your door; order on the 16th and it's closer to two.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the continental United States by USPS, from the Bangor area. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay โ free on orders over $50.
Sizing, exchanges and returns
Because every piece is printed to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size โ there is no stock to swap it for, and a shirt printed for you can't go to anyone else. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order; between sizes, size up.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, that's on us. Email within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right โ a replacement or a full refund, your call.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the 15th your order is batched into. Just email. Once the batch has gone to the printer, it's being made for you and we can't pull it back.
